This policy sets out how we collect, store and use your personal data.  Personal data means information about an individual from which that person can be identified.

We may collect your personal data such as identity information (e.g. name, address, date of birth), contact information (e.g. email address, telephone numbers), financial information (i.e. the payment details for which you have paid for our services), and medical data (i.e. information about your health and wellbeing and which is classified as “Special Category Personal Data” for which additional protections are offered as set out later).

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

We will only use your personal data in accordance with all applicable data protection laws.  We will only use your data:

  2. Processing is necessary in order to protect your vital interests

We will not share your personal data with any third party, however, with your consent we may share the data with other healthcare professionals, such as your GP or your consultant, or your insurance provider.

We put appropriate security procedures in place to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. Only authorised employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information.

  2. The right to request that the personal data be corrected if any of your personal data is inaccurate or out of date
  3. The right to request your personal data is deleted (however please note that we have a legal obligation to retain your records for a set period of time)

  5. The right to object to processing of your personal data where we are relying on a legitimate interest and there is something about your particular situation which makes you want to object to processing on this ground as you feel it impacts on your fundamental rights and freedoms
  6. The right to request a restriction be placed on further processing where there is a dispute in relation to the accuracy or processing of your personal data
  7. The right to request the transfer of your personal data to you or to a third party in an accessible, usable format.
